Responsibilities
Meet with clients to fully understand their needs and requirements for their new staff member.
Complete full-cycle recruitment for the clients.
Write job adverts and utilize various tools to gain the best exposure for the client's open position.
Create and maintain good working relationships with operators of various job boards and websites.
Receive and review applicant's resumes and screen them in detail.
Create shortlists for the best candidates for the role.
Prepare the candidates for the interview.
Keeping clients and candidates up-to-date with developments as the candidate progresses.
Keep track of applicants using an ATS type system or other relevant system.
Conducting in-person or online interviews with potential candidates.
Providing recommendations and support to clients.
Provide general advice on careers.
Work in-line with HR best practices at all times.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or other related field
Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment or related role
Good knowledge of HR procedures and best practices
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Confident in speaking and asking questions to ascertain the required information
Outstanding customer service skills
Sales experience would be an advantage
Good problem-solving abilities
Previous experience using an ATS system
Able to effectively work as part of a team
Great time management abilities
Effective listening skills
Experience using various job advertising platforms
