Responsibilities

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or other related field

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment or related role

  • Good knowledge of HR procedures and best practices

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Confident in speaking and asking questions to ascertain the required information

  • Outstanding customer service skills

  • Sales experience would be an advantage

  • Good problem-solving abilities

  • Previous experience using an ATS system

  • Able to effectively work as part of a team

  • Great time management abilities

  • Effective listening skills

  • Experience using various job advertising platforms
