Requirements
Degree in HR, marketing, or similar
Previous experience in recruitment, HR, marketing, or PR
Strong knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies and processes
Great creativity and communication abilities
Demonstrable knowledge of recruitment marketing software
The ability to stay current with marketing trends in the recruitment world
Excellent organizational skills
