Responsibilities
Report to recruitment consultants and recruitment managers.
Fully understand the needs of the roles that are open.
Write effective job advertisements and post them on various job platforms.
Make initial telephone calls to potential candidates to ascertain their suitability for the role.
Ensure the ATS & CRM systems are kept up-to-date with correct contact details for candidates.
Send out contracts and offer letters of employment when instructed to do so.
Manage incoming and outgoing posts.
Follow up with candidates after interviews and request further information from them as required.
Schedule interviews, and manage calendars and diaries on the online system.
Work as part of a team to achieve a common goal.
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard.

Requirements
Associates degree or above in HR, business, or other related field, or equivalent work experience and education
Excellent organization skills
Able to effectively manage own workload and time to maximize output
Effectively follow instructions
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Experience using a CRM or ATS system would be an advantage
Good knowledge of all Microsoft packages including Word, Outlook, and Excel
General knowledge of HR best practices would be an advantage
Good problem-solving abilities
Excellent attention to detail
Driven and determined to achieve goals
Able to work effectively as part of a team to achieve a common goal
