Responsibilities

  • Report to recruitment consultants and recruitment managers.

  • Fully understand the needs of the roles that are open.

  • Write effective job advertisements and post them on various job platforms.

  • Make initial telephone calls to potential candidates to ascertain their suitability for the role.

  • Ensure the ATS & CRM systems are kept up-to-date with correct contact details for candidates.

  • Send out contracts and offer letters of employment when instructed to do so.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing posts.

  • Follow up with candidates after interviews and request further information from them as required.

  • Schedule interviews, and manage calendars and diaries on the online system.

  • Work as part of a team to achieve a common goal.

  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard.

    Requirements

  • Associates degree or above in HR, business, or other related field, or equivalent work experience and education

  • Excellent organization skills

  • Able to effectively manage own workload and time to maximize output

  • Effectively follow instructions

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Experience using a CRM or ATS system would be an advantage

  • Good knowledge of all Microsoft packages including Word, Outlook, and Excel

  • General knowledge of HR best practices would be an advantage

  • Good problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Driven and determined to achieve goals

  • Able to work effectively as part of a team to achieve a common goal
