Responsibilities

  • Create, develop, and implement overall recruiting strategy and department processes.

  • Attend career events along with job fairs and promote company roles via these methods.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Management or other related field, or equivalent work experience and education

  • Demonstrated work experience as a Recruiting coordinator or Recruiter

  • Great oral and written communication skills

  • Able to effectively prioritize own workload and organize an effective schedule

  • Experience working under pressure to achieve tight deadlines and targets

  • Good understanding of HR regulations and best practices

  • Demonstrated experience with interviewing candidates and using online job boards and social media platforms

  • Effective in several interview methods such as competency-based, behavioral, etc

  • Experienced with CRM systems and applicant tracking systems

  • Competent in the use of psychometric testing and assignment delegation

  • Effective research and headhunting skills, specifically on LinkedIn
