Responsibilities
Create, develop, and implement overall recruiting strategy and department processes.
Liaise with managers to ascertain staffing requirements and specific job role responsibilities and objectives.
Write and post job descriptions on various job advertising platforms and relevant social media networks, websites, and internship platforms as applicable.
Assist with Sourcing candidates via resume databases and social media platforms.
Create and deliver a shortlist of qualified candidates to applicable hiring managers.
Assist the hiring team with developing solid recruiting methods and interview techniques.
Contact new employees and assist with the preparation of onboarding sessions.
Prepare new starter paperwork and ensure HR best practices are met.
Maintain a complete record of interviews and new starters by logging information into the company database and keeping those records up to date and accurate.
Research the industry to stay updated on current recruiting methods and industry practices.
Attend career events along with job fairs and promote company roles via these methods.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Management or other related field, or equivalent work experience and education
Demonstrated work experience as a Recruiting coordinator or Recruiter
Great oral and written communication skills
Able to effectively prioritize own workload and organize an effective schedule
Experience working under pressure to achieve tight deadlines and targets
Good understanding of HR regulations and best practices
Demonstrated experience with interviewing candidates and using online job boards and social media platforms
Effective in several interview methods such as competency-based, behavioral, etc
Experienced with CRM systems and applicant tracking systems
Competent in the use of psychometric testing and assignment delegation
Effective research and headhunting skills, specifically on LinkedIn
