Responsibilities
Design and execute human resources policies.
Provides human resources guidance, counsel, and judgments to management, as well as assessing data and applications.
Researches, develops, writes, and updates policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines, as well as conveying and enforcing organizational values, to influence management and staff actions.
Participates in conferences and educational opportunities to keep job knowledge current.
Improves the reputation of the department and the organization by accepting responsibility for completing new and different requests.
Support the company’s long-term goals.
Hire and negotiate employment terms.
Ensure compliance with regulations and laws.
Oversee employee performance and wellness reviews.
Motivate employees.
Maintain staff records.
Oversee benefits of employees.
Identify hiring needs and craft job descriptions.
Create and implement training programs for employees.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
10+ years experience in HR
4+ years of management experience
A deep believer in standard HR principles
Expertise in labor regulations and laws
Proficient with computers
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in data analysis
People management skill
Budget management experience
