Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with HR managers and various other departments to determine HRIS requirements.

  • Analyzing and investigating HRIS performance metrics and resolving application issues for end-users and management.

  • Document various processes whilst identifying HR concerns, and compiling data analysis reports to present to executives.

  • Completing application upgrades, along with providing training and technical support to end-users.

  • Identifying the need for new processes whilst developing and implementing new processes and systems for effective and efficient HR management.

  • Optimize HRIS processes where applicable.

  • Integrating new software as well as software updates and upgrades, and performing diagnostic tests were required to evaluate the root cause of any issues.

  • Perform statistical analysis on HRIS data and run queries where necessary.

  • Ensure the proper recording and secure storage of HR metrics, including attendance and employee performance data.

  • Completing audits on HR processes, documents, hiring, termination of service, payroll administration, and other audits where required.

  • Keep track of tech advancements and trends in the HRIS field.

    Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, HR management, business administration, or similar field, or equivalent experience and education

  • 3-5 years of experience as an HRIS analyst in a related field

  • Strong and demonstrated ability to gather and interpret data to improve HRIS processes

  • Effective in collaboration, providing technical support, and training team members

  • Hands-on experience with analyzing HRIS and HR performance metrics and statistics

  • Expert proficiency in database management and security, and with running SQL queries

  • Good ability to document processes, and perform diagnostic tests and audits as required

  • Confident in keeping up to date with technical innovation and trends in HRIS Analysis

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
