Responsibilities
Taking part in interviews, assisting with the recruitment process, recruiting, and vetting of potential new employees.
Organizing training sessions for new hires and refresher training for existing team members.
Understanding and listening to various department managers to understand their staffing requirements.
Identify and address employee issues regarding performance by arranging training where required, and discussing and helping to assist with career growth.
Processing various administrative tasks and accurately completing and processing paperwork.
Collaborating with staff to make clear HR policies, practices, and procedures.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Human resources, business or similar field, or equivalent work experience and education
Demonstrated experience in an HR role throughout the ranks from junior through to supervisory experience
Strong leadership skills with a keen eye for effective delegation
Ability to work unsupervised and conduct independent research where required
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong moral and ethical conduct keeping in line with HR best practices
Competencies in Microsoft Office, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good attention to detail and analytical skills
Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws within the state/city of operation
