    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human resources, business or similar field, or equivalent work experience and education

  • Demonstrated experience in an HR role throughout the ranks from junior through to supervisory experience

  • Strong leadership skills with a keen eye for effective delegation

  • Ability to work unsupervised and conduct independent research where required

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Strong moral and ethical conduct keeping in line with HR best practices

  • Competencies in Microsoft Office, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Good attention to detail and analytical skills

  • Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws within the state/city of operation
