Responsibilities
Identifying the need for development plans and developing them.
Liaising with payroll to ensure accurate and on-time payments for employees.
Ensuring the company's recruitment drives operate successfully.
Organizing various orientation and induction sessions for new employees.
Ensuring new employees are introduced to the team properly.
Developing and Preparing employee handbooks and policies and updating them as required.
Liaising with employees and resolving any issues quickly, along with answering general queries.
Identify hiring needs throughout the various departments and make recommendations on the best ways to fill open roles.
Acting as a primary point of contact for new starters.
Ensuring employee records are kept up to date and in good order.
Manage and enroll employees onto various programs such as pension plans, health and life benefits, and any other company incentives.
Conducting market research and keeping up to date with industry best practices.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business or other related field
Minimum of years in an HR-related role preferably within senior/supervisor position
Previous experience using an ATS (applicant tracking software) would be an advantage
Previous experience or a good general knowledge of HR and benefits administration is highly desirable
Effective organizational skills
Great interpersonal skills
Able to effectively prioritize own workload with good time management
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Able to deescalate conflicts quickly and effectively
Good attention to detail
Experience with Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Effective diary management abilities
Good leadership skills
