Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR team with all internal and external HR-related queries and requests.

  • Create an effective filing method and effectively maintain both hard and soft copies of employees' records.

  • Be involved with the recruitment process by identifying suitable candidates along with checking references and editing and issuing employment contracts.

  • Assist with conducting performance management reviews, and help to develop and update relevant documentation.

  • Arrange the schedule for meetings, interviews, HR events and ensure agendas are properly maintained and run correctly.

  • Coordinate relevant training sessions and seminars as required.

  • Take part in orientations and update records of new starters.

  • Create and submit reports on general HR activity across the department.

  • Help with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects as required.

  • Actively research the industry market to keep up to date with HR trends and news.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business or Organizational development, or equivalent work experience and education

  • 2 years of experience in an HR role

  • Good Understanding of Labor Law as well as employment regulations and rules

  • Effective administration abilities

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage people effectively

  • Good understanding of payroll practices.

  • Excellent knowledge of HR functions and best practices

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Able to work well under pressure and efficiently meet tight deadlines

  • Excellent computer skills with the ability to use outlook, MS Office, and other relevant computer programs

  • Effective time management and work prioritization abilities

  • Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving abilities

  • Good attention to detail and analytical abilities
