Responsibilities
Support all internal and external HR-related requests or demands.
Keep up with computerized and electronic records of employees.
Act as the first point of contact with regard to benefits and administrators.
Help with the recruitment by selecting candidates, performing reference checks, and giving work contracts.
Keep up with the schedules of the HR management team.
Manage the completion of pay and benefit documentation.
Help with performance management processes.
Plan meetings, interviews, HR events and keep up with agendas.
Coordinate instructional meetings and courses.
Perform onboarding and update records of new staff.
Produce and submit reports on HR movement.
Process finance and resolve any finance processes.
Complete administrative work and post-employment surveys.
Stay up with the latest with the most recent HR patterns and best practices.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in HR or related
2 years of experience as an HR assistant
Knowledge of labor laws and employment equity regulations
Successful HR admin and people management skills
Knowledge of payroll/finance procedures
Full knowledge of HR capacities and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communications abilities
Function well under tension and fulfills tight time constraints
Exceptionally PC skills with capacity in email, MS Office, and related business and specialized software
Strong organization and time management abilities
Solid decision-making and critical thinking abilities
