Responsibilities

  • Gather imperative data about roles, compensation, and benefits within the organization.

  • Develop and implement salary brackets for open vacancies.

  • Investigate and analyze retention, turnover, and internal mobility rates.

  • Provide reports on key recruiting metrics such as how long it takes to fill open vacancies and budgets.

  • Liaise with hiring managers to effectively design and implement solid recruitment and training plans.

  • Analyze and forecast costs by department and help create and manage budgets.

  • Review employees’ answers to internal surveys such as role satisfaction surveys and working condition surveys.

  • Review and assess results from employee performance reviews conducted by HR or line managers.

  • Identify the most relevant reasons as to why candidates and employees choose to work with the company.

  • Make recommendations for improvement for the HR procedures and policies along with working conditions, company culture, and work-life balance initiatives.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business or Organizational development, or equivalent work experience and education

  • 2 years of experience in an HR role or HR analytical role

  • Experience using Human Resources Management Systems and other programs and systems such as CRM systems

  • Excellent analytical abilities

  • Ability to create and deliver detailed Excel spreadsheets, informative charts, and presentations

  • Able to independently research and report on findings

  • Strong understanding of HR operations including hiring, payroll, and employee benefits schemes

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good people management skills

  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage own workload
