Responsibilities
Working with department managers to select the requirements for positions.
Researching effective resourcing strategies.
Using resume databases and others to find candidates.
Using Boolean and other relevant recruitment processes to identify candidates.
Producing job/contract offers to potential candidates.
Posting open positions on job boards and social media.
Attending job events to find new candidates and increase networking links.
Communicating with industry professionals to seek referrals.
Management of candidate record databases.
Negotiating contract and onboarding with possible candidates.
Developing and implanting hiring reports for management.

Requirements
Degree in HR management or related area
Previous experience as a recruiter or headhunter
Demonstrable knowledge of social media and advertising
Excellent negotiating skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to make quick decisions and undertake multiple deadlines
Experience working with reports and data analytics
