    Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources

  • 8+ years of experience in a general HR leadership role developing HR programs

  • Demonstrated past success in leading HR transformation efforts including building teams, driving innovation, and improving value and cost

  • Proven experience in developing and evolving talent acquisition and retentions strategies

  • Experience in presenting HR plans supported with data to senior management

  • Strong Strategic Management & strategy implementation skills

  • Outstanding relationship-building skills with all levels of professionals
