    Qualifications

  • Completion of a high school education or equivalent

  • Completion of at least two years of college or possession of an associate’s degree

  • Demonstrated ability to assist in teaching reading, writing, and math (or reading readiness, writing readiness, and math readiness) by passing a Hiring Requirements Option

  • Prior experience working with elementary school students

  • A compassionate nature and the ability to help teachers with classroom organization and management
