Responsibilities
Lead a team of teachers in developing and delivering effective lesson plans that meet educational standards and promote student engagement.
Create and maintain a positive and respectful learning environment that encourages student growth and success.
Assess student progress and adjust lesson plans to meet the needs of individual learners.
Provide constructive feedback to teachers to support their professional growth and development.
Collaborate with other school staff to ensure that students receive the support they need to succeed.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field
A minimum of three to five years of teaching experience, including some experience in a leadership role
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective lesson plans that engage and inspire students
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish positive and productive relationships with students, teachers, and other staff members
Exhibit strong organizational and time management abilities, with the skill to prioritize tasks effectively and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Knowledge of relevant educational standards and best practices
Demonstrate proficiency in educational technology and relevant software applications
