Responsibilities
Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners and align with curriculum standards.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and administrators.

Collaborate with colleagues and parents to develop effective teaching strategies and support student learning.
Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in teaching methodologies and best practices.
Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and reports.
Provide additional support to students with individual learning needs.
Manage classroom behavior and ensure a productive learning environment.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field, with appropriate teaching certification
Minimum of two years of previous experience in a similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
Strong knowledge of elementary school curriculum and teaching methodologies
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Good listening skills, with high levels of attention to detail
Strong working knowledge of technology and computer skills
