Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership to ensure the smooth running of the church.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the church, including staff management, finance, facilities, and programs.
Work closely with the Senior Pastor to develop and implement the vision and goals of the church.
Provide pastoral care and support to the congregation and staff.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, local organizations, and other churches.
Provide oversight for the planning and execution of church events and activities.
Develop and implement discipleship and leadership training programs.
Participate in regular meetings with staff and leadership to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in theology, divinity, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a church
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively with staff and volunteers
Possessing excellent abilities to connect with others and establish long-term relationships
Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and think strategically
Capability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
