Responsibilities
Plan, design, and execute experiments to test hypotheses related to biological systems.
Analyze and interpret experimental data using statistical methods and other techniques to draw meaningful conclusions and make recommendations.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine research projects and strategies.
Conduct literature reviews and keep up-to-date with the latest research in the field.
Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory protocols.
Write and submit research proposals, reports, and papers for publication in scientific journals or other outlets.
Present research findings to colleagues and other stakeholders.

Requirements
A Bachelor's degree or higher in biochemistry, chemistry, biology, or a related field
At least two to three years of relevant research experience in a laboratory or academic setting
Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities, with an acute focus on details
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
Proficient with various laboratory techniques and equipment
Knowledge of relevant computer software and data analysis tools
Familiarity with safety and regulatory protocols in laboratory settings
