Responsibilities
Work alongside other teachers to monitor and teach children.
Teach various subjects such as basic English, math, and science.
Help children to interact together, assisting with developing social skills such as sharing and working together.
Encourage creativity by encouraging students to share their work with the class and their parents.
Help children to resolve issues they are having, bullying, broken friendships, etc.
Keep report cards and notes on each child's development, and identify areas where they are excelling and struggling.
Provide regular reports to parents' children.
Hold parent-teacher events either semi-annually or annually to provide updates on their child.
Keep the classroom and learning areas clean and organized.
Ensure safeguarding practices are followed, altering other staff members or the relevant authorities if abuse or neglect is suspected.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in either general education, math, English, or science
Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of school curriculums
Ability to communicate with parents, children, and other teachers
Strong record-keeping abilities
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
Good listening skills, with high levels of attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and prioritize own workload
