Responsibilities
Work alongside students, teachers, and support staff to understand the learning needs of the students.
Design and develop strong but creative learning frameworks for students to work from.
Develop material to use with the learning framework and ensure it meets the school district's requirements and is in line with their curriculum.
Help children to understand the learning framework, material, and its benefits.
Liaise and collaborate with students and education providers to develop the best learning material for the students.
Train other staff members on the framework and learning material and help them to implement it into their lessons or learning plans.
Evaluate and understand gaps in learning and creativity and aim to plug them into the learning framework.
Keep up to date with industry trends and updates.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in either general education, child psychology, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of school curriculums
Ability to communicate with parents, children, and other teachers
Strong record-keeping abilities
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
Good listening skills, with high levels of attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and prioritize own workload
