Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective curricula.

    Requirements

    • Master’s degree in education or related field

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role

    • Excellent analytical skills

    • Good communication skills, both written and verbal

    • Effective mentoring and training abilities

    • Excellent leadership abilities

    • Great interpersonal skills

    • Demonstrated knowledge of the regulatory authorities' process and standards

    • Solid knowledge of implementing and improving processes

    • Good computer skills

    • Excellent problem-solving abilities

    • Experience with report writing and delivery of presentations

    • Highly organized with excellent timekeeping
