Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective curricula.
Plan, organize teacher training and conduct conferences or workshops where required.
Analyze students' exam results data.
Assess and discuss the curriculum standards with other school team members.
Review textbooks and suggest edits or improvements to textbooks and other educational materials.
Review and recommend different teaching techniques and the use of different or new technologies.
Develop processes and procedures for teachers to implement a curriculum and educate teachers on how to do so.
Train teachers and other school staff on new content or programs that are available and required to be used.
Mentor and/or coach teachers to improve their skills in varying aspects.

Requirements
Master’s degree in education or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent analytical skills
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Effective mentoring and training abilities
Excellent leadership abilities
Great interpersonal skills
Demonstrated knowledge of the regulatory authorities' process and standards
Solid knowledge of implementing and improving processes
Good computer skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Experience with report writing and delivery of presentations
Highly organized with excellent timekeeping
