Responsibilities
Develop and implement curricula.
Set and maintain academic standards.
Ensure that all curricula and academic standards comply with the regulating authority.
Improve academic equality and assist with improving exam pass rates.
Assist with managing financials for the school facility.
Ensure timely delivery of reports.
Assist with the improvement of the school overall to attract new students.
Implement effective processes for inclusion.
Liaise and collaborate with the head teachers and teachers to gain feedback.
Assist with other administrative duties as required.
Ensure the overall performance of the school and teachers is in line with the standards set out by the governing body.
Update policy and procedure where required.

Requirements
A Doctorate in Education would be highly advantageous
Master’s degree in education or a related field is required
Previous experience in a similar role is required
Demonstrated knowledge of relevant authority legislation
Proven ability to understand, develop and implement curricula
Hands-on experience in improving schools’ performance
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Solid knowledge of inclusion and championing diversity
Good problem-solving skills
Adept with administrative tasks
Excellent computer skills
