    Requirements

    • A Doctorate in Education would be highly advantageous

    • Master’s degree in education or a related field is required

    • Previous experience in a similar role is required

    • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant authority legislation

    • Proven ability to understand, develop and implement curricula

    • Hands-on experience in improving schools’ performance

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

    • Solid knowledge of inclusion and championing diversity

    • Good problem-solving skills

    • Adept with administrative tasks

    • Excellent computer skills
