Responsibilities
Managing administrative duties as directed by the supervisor.
Assist in planning logistics for warehouses, transportation, and suppliers.
Prepare shipping documents.
Filing and storing up-to-date documents.
Create invoices and bills.
Liaise with suppliers, customers, and manufacturers.
Recruit, hire, and terminate staff that is in accordance with company standards.
Creating and Managing budget reports.
Liaising with customers about orders and shipping information.
Tracking orders to ensure timely delivery.
Assist in creating the budget for financial reports.
Maintaining and updating roster.
Logging data related to logistic administration into the software.

Requirement
Associate’s degree or above in business administration, logistics, or another related field
Minimum of 1-year experience in administrative roles
Excellent record-keeping skills
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and able to communicate with persons at all levels
Excellent computer literacy with adequate knowledge in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
Outstanding leadership skills
Knowledgeable logistics software
Ability to work in different environments
