Public Relations Assistant responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and distribution of press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.

  • Monitor and respond to inquiries and requests from the media and other stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.

  • Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining PR materials inventory.

      • Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

      • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
