Step 1: Log in to Wynt
Visit www.wynt.ai
Enter your credentials to access your account.
Step 2: Navigate to Hiring Pipelines
From the Home screen, select Hiring Pipelines in the main menu.
Step 3: Create a New Pipeline
On the right-hand side, click Create Pipeline.
Step 4: Add Pipeline Details
Give your pipeline a Name (e.g., Marketing Internship 2025).
Add Pipeline Stages to reflect your hiring process (e.g., Application Review โ First Interview โ Final Interview โ Offer).
Step 5: Customize Stages
For each stage, you can:
Select from existing stage templates or create your own.
Assign a color and symbol for easier tracking.
Add details or instructions to guide your team at this stage.
Step 6: Save Your Pipeline
Once youโre done customizing, click Save.
Your new hiring pipeline will now be available for use in job postings and candidate tracking.
Tip: Keep your pipeline stages simple and consistent. This makes it easier for your hiring team to move candidates smoothly through each step
