How to Create a Hiring Pipeline in Wynt

A hiring pipeline helps you organize candidates through each stage of your recruitment process.

Step 1: Log in to Wynt

  • Enter your credentials to access your account.

Step 2: Navigate to Hiring Pipelines

  • From the Home screen, select Hiring Pipelines in the main menu.

Step 3: Create a New Pipeline

  • On the right-hand side, click Create Pipeline.

Step 4: Add Pipeline Details

  • Give your pipeline a Name (e.g., Marketing Internship 2025).

  • Add Pipeline Stages to reflect your hiring process (e.g., Application Review โ†’ First Interview โ†’ Final Interview โ†’ Offer).

Step 5: Customize Stages

  • For each stage, you can:

    • Select from existing stage templates or create your own.

    • Assign a color and symbol for easier tracking.

    • Add details or instructions to guide your team at this stage.

Step 6: Save Your Pipeline

  • Once youโ€™re done customizing, click Save.

  • Your new hiring pipeline will now be available for use in job postings and candidate tracking.

Tip: Keep your pipeline stages simple and consistent. This makes it easier for your hiring team to move candidates smoothly through each step
