How to Create a Candidate Survey in Wynt

Candidate surveys are a powerful way to gather feedback and insights from applicants during your hiring process.

Step 1: Log in to Wynt

  • Enter your login details to access your account.

Step 2: Navigate to Candidate Surveys

  • From the Home menu, select Candidate Surveys.

Step 3: Create a New Survey

  • Click on Add New Survey.

Step 4: Add Survey Details

  • Enter your Survey Name (e.g., Post-Interview Feedback).

  • Provide a short Description to explain the purpose of the survey.

Step 5: Add Questions

  • Click Add Question.

  • Enter your Question Name.

  • Choose the Question Type:

    • Multiple choice

    • Single choice

    • Short text

    • Long text

    • …and more.

You can add as many questions as you need to cover all aspects of the candidate’s experience.

Step 6: Save Your Survey

  • Once finished, click Save.

  • Your survey will now be available to send out to candidates at any stage of the hiring process.

Tip: Keep surveys short and clear. Candidates are more likely to complete them if they only take a few minutes.
