Step 1: Log in to Wynt
Go to www.wynt.ai
Enter your login details to access your account.
Step 2: Navigate to Candidate Surveys
From the Home menu, select Candidate Surveys.
Step 3: Create a New Survey
Click on Add New Survey.
Step 4: Add Survey Details
Enter your Survey Name (e.g., Post-Interview Feedback).
Provide a short Description to explain the purpose of the survey.
Step 5: Add Questions
Click Add Question.
Enter your Question Name.
Choose the Question Type:
Multiple choice
Single choice
Short text
Long text
…and more.
You can add as many questions as you need to cover all aspects of the candidate’s experience.
Step 6: Save Your Survey
Once finished, click Save.
Your survey will now be available to send out to candidates at any stage of the hiring process.
Tip: Keep surveys short and clear. Candidates are more likely to complete them if they only take a few minutes.
