Overview
The Acumatica ERP Integration add-on allows you to connect your X-Cart store to an Acumatica ERP system and exchange business data between the two platforms.
The integration is designed to work with Acumatica Cloud ERP (SaaS) environments. It connects your X-Cart store to an existing Acumatica instance using API communication.
By integrating X-Cart with Acumatica ERP, you can synchronize operational data between your online store and your ERP system and reduce the need for manual data transfers.
The add-on is available from the X-Cart Marketplace.
Key features
The integration provides several features designed to simplify data exchange between X-Cart and Acumatica ERP.
Flexible order synchronization
X-Cart orders can be exported to Acumatica Sales Orders in several ways:
Automatic synchronization
Orders are exported automatically when the X-Cart payment status changes to "Paid".Manual synchronization
Individual orders can be exported from the order details page using the Sync to Acumatica button.Bulk synchronization
Multiple orders can be exported at once using the Sync selected to Acumatica action on the main Orders list in the X-Cart Admin area.

Order export
Transfers complete order details from X-Cart to Acumatica by creating corresponding Sales Orders in the ERP system.Customer synchronization
Ensures that customer accounts and address information remain consistent between X-Cart and Acumatica.Automatic product creation
Missing products can be created automatically in Acumatica during order synchronization to prevent synchronization errors.Warehouse mapping
Allows X-Cart inventory data to be mapped to the appropriate warehouse locations configured in Acumatica.Advanced configuration support
Supports advanced setups such as custom Unit of Measure (UOM) mappings, complex tax configurations (including Sales Tax, VAT, and AvaTax), and mapping of custom attributes between systems.
