If you are on a paid plan and want to downgrade to a lower tier paid plan
You can change your plan freely from your Billing screen. You'll be credited for any unused time on your current plan which will go towards your new purchase price.
If you are on a paid plan and want to downgrade to the free plan
Unfortunately, due to the technical differences between our paid and free plans, this type of downgrade is not supported at this time. We understand that sometimes you might have to step away from Xano but don't want to lose your work, which is why we have a special Hiatus plan we can move you to.
The Hiatus plan is $20 a month (plus any addons, such as additional database storage) and is very low on server resources, but allows you to retain your Xano data when you're ready to return.
Downgrading to the Hiatus Plan
If you'd like to move to the Hiatus plan, you can go to the Billing screen and click Cancel Plan in the lower right. Follow the steps and you'll be presented with the option to choose the Hiatus Plan.
