How to access past chat conversations with Support

You can access your various chats with our support team to find past answers or check on the status of a question you asked.

When you open the chat from the bottom right of the website or from the Help menu in the app, you can click on Messages to see your message history in order to continue separate conversations about different topics, or to look at past answers you've received.

Note: this doesn't apply to conversations started by email.
