We do not exercise voting authority or retain the authority to vote any proxies that are solicited for securities held in your portfolio. You will receive their proxies or other solicitations directly from the custodian or transfer agent. We do not take any action or render any advice with respect to the voting of proxies solicited by or with respect to the issuers of securities in which assets of the Accounts may be invested from time to time.

Dividends

We process your dividends automatically. Cash dividends are credited to your account by default and then reinvested in the next rebalancing event.
