Advisory fees

We charge a greater of 2.00% AUM or $5 per month.

Example: For an account with an average daily balance of $10,000, the fee translates to about $16 each month (0.2 / 12 x 10,000). For an account with $500, monthly fees will be $5.0

AUM fees are based on the average daily balance of your account over the previous calendar month. Additionally, if you join halfway into the month, we only charge you for the days you were active (for instance, 0.5 x 0.08% for that month).

Our fees are calculated and billed on or near the first business day of the subsequent month. And yes - we offer discounts for client referrals. Learn more here.

Trading fees

We do not charge any fees for trades made in your account. Regulatory fees apply.

Regulatory fees

Regulatory fees are charged by the US Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) on all sell orders. We do not benefit financially from these charges, and they are passed on to the relevant regulatory agencies in full.

  • SEC: $ 5.10 per $ 1,000,000 of principal (sells only)

  • FINRA: $0.000119 per share (sells only)
