A trusted contact person is someone you authorize us to contact in instances where we have trouble reaching you or have a reasonable belief that your account may be exposed to possible financial exploitation. A trusted contact person must be age 18 or older.

Naming a trusted contact does not give that person any authority over your account or engage in any activity on your account. A trusted contact is not a beneficiary. Your trusted contact merely acts as an alternative contact in case we need to reach you and the current details we have do not work. It is recommended (not mandatory) to provide a trusted contact for your account!
