Linking your bank account | Xantos Labs Help Center

For US-based clients

We partnered with Plaid to make it easy to connect your bank account securely. To link your bank in the app: Account tab > Banking > Add New Bank Account

Then do the following:

Choose your bank, or use the search bar to search for your bank.
Enter your online banking username and password.
Choose which account you'd like to link.

Alternatively, you can manually link your bank using your account and routing numbers.

For International (Non-US) clients

We support Flutterwave (for users in Africa) and USD Wire Transfer globally.

USD Wire Transfer

To use USD Wire Transfer, please add your bank details under Account tab > Banking > Add New Bank Account. To link your bank for outgoing USD Transfers: Account tab > Banking > USD Wire Transfer

Then do the following:

Enter bank name, address
Enter BIC/SWIFT code and account numbers

To fund your account through USD Wire Transfer, please visit your online bank and see details in the funding section. You can only initiate a withdrawal through the app.

Once approved, the bank info is accessible for withdrawal requests. Do note that international money transfers can take days usually.

For your protection, we (Xantos Labs) do not save account numbers, routing numbers, or other sensitive banking details on our servers. We recommend linking a checking account rather than a savings account to avoid potential ACH transfer reversals.
