Flutterwave Transfer (Non-U.S Only)

You can withdraw anytime from your account. The minimum withdrawable amount is $20. To withdraw from your account via Flutterwave visit the Account tab > Transfers > Withdrawals.

  1. Enter an amount

  2. Fill in the payments details

  3. Select withdraw.

NOTE: Once initiated, you can not cancel a transfer at this time! There is a mandatory five (5) business day anti-money laundering (AML) holding period when you can not withdraw newly deposited funds.

Flutterwave charges fees vary by region and are paid out in your local currency to your bank account. For instance, withdrawal fees to a Naira bank account are NGN45. It can take up to 10 business days for withdrawals to process.

ACH Transfer (U.S. only)

To withdraw from your account via ACH from a linked bank account: Account tab > Transfers > Withdrawals

ACH withdrawals typically take 1-2 business days to initiate the withdrawal plus execute any liquidation trades and another 1-2 business days for funds to settle (T+2) and transfer the fund. The daily limit for ACH transfers is $50,000 USD. Any withdrawal requests above this amount are batched each business day till the withdrawal amount is fulfilled.

IMPORTANT: To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) rules, you can only withdraw funds to the original bank account from which they were deposited if the funds have been in the account for less than 60 days. After 60 days, you can withdraw funds to a different bank account. To trigger due diligence to allow withdrawal to a different bank account, one of these two things must occur:

  1. A deposit is made with the newly linked bank account or;

  2. Provide a bank statement of the newly linked bank account that shows: full bank account number, registration of the bank account, and bank logo.

T+2 Settlement period

If a withdrawal requires a sale or liquidation of positions in your account, the transaction needs to “settle” before you can withdraw the funds to your bank account. The settlement period is the trade date plus two trading days (T+2). On the third day, the settled funds will appear as withdrawable cash and any pending withdrawals will be processed.
