Our Know-Your-Customer (KYC) service is typically fast but every once in a while, some accounts take a little longer and need additional documents.

If your account status is pending or you received an email indicating your identity check failed, there are a number of reasons why this check may have failed. However, it doesn't mean you can not open an account with us.
