How to Edit Your Job Listing

Editing your job listing is a simple and straightforward process. Whether you need to make changes to the job position, extend the deadline, or add new team members to the interview process, our platform makes it easy for you to manage your job posting. In this article, we will walk you through the steps to edit your job listing.

Step 1: Accessing the Edit Job Button

To make changes in your job listing, simply click on the "Edit Job" button located on the Dashboard. This button can be found next to your job listing under the "Active Jobs" section. Once you click on the button, you will be directed to the editing page where you can make changes to all four sections of your job posting.

Step 2: Editing Job Details

In Step 1 of the editing page, you have the option to modify the job position, extend the job deadline, change the time zone, and edit the job description. Simply make the necessary changes and click on the "Save" button at the bottom of the page to update your job listing.

Step 3: Managing Interview Questions

Moving on to Step 2, you have the flexibility to edit, add, or delete interview questions. You can also adjust the allowed takes, thinking time, and allocated time for each question. This allows you to tailor the interview process to your specific needs and requirements.

Step 4: Adding or Removing Team Members

In Step 3, you can effortlessly add or remove team members who will be involved in the interview process. This feature is especially useful if you need to make changes to your team or if you want to involve additional team members in the hiring process.

Step 5: Inviting Candidates

Finally, in Step 4, you can invite additional candidates to participate by using the "Invite Candidates" option. This allows you to easily expand your candidate pool and find the best fit for your job position.
