Workflow Section

The workflow section is an essential part of managing all candidate responses. It is divided into multiple stages to help you understand the candidate's current stage and move them to the next stage. This allows for a more organized and efficient hiring process.

Let's take a closer look at the different stages in the workflow section. The first stage is the invite stage, which displays candidates who have been invited to the next stage. This stage is where you can send out invitations to candidates for a video interview. Once the candidates have completed the video interview, they will move on to the review stage. Here, you can view their video responses and assess their qualifications for the position.

If you are impressed with a candidate, you can move them to the next stage, such as shortlist or reject. The shortlist stage is where you can further evaluate the candidate and potentially schedule a live interview. On the other hand, the reject stage is where you can remove a candidate from the hiring process.

After shortlisting a candidate, you can move them to the interview stage for a live interview. This is the stage where you can meet the candidate in person and ask them more in-depth questions about their skills and experience. The final stage is the hiring stage, where you can make a final decision and extend an offer to the chosen candidate.

Aside from the different stages, there are also various features available in the workflow section. For instance, you can resend invitation emails to candidates who have not completed their video interview yet. This feature is only visible in the invitation stage. You can also add notes, star ratings, and share responses with your management team to collaborate and make informed decisions.

In addition, you can take bulk actions in the workflow section. This means you can select multiple candidates and move them from one stage to another, making the process more efficient. You can also download their video and transcript for further review and view their CV and basic details, such as their full name, mobile number, and email address.

The workflow section is divided into two parts. On the left side, you will see a list of all candidates, along with their current stage. This allows you to easily keep track of where each candidate is in the hiring process. On the right side, you will see their response videos and basic details. This makes it convenient for you to review their qualifications and make a decision.

In conclusion, the workflow section is a crucial part of the hiring process. It helps you manage all candidate responses and move them through different stages efficiently. With its various features and organized layout, the workflow section makes the hiring process smoother and more manageable.
