If you need to update your credit card or billing information for your XOGO account, you can do so directly from the XOGO Admin Portal or from XOGO Manager.
Update Billing via manager.xogo.io
We've recently added the ability to manage payment methods, credit cards, and billing information directly inside manager.xogo.io.
Log in to your XOGO Admin account at: manager.xogo.io
Go to Profile -> Account -> Profile & Settings
Select Billing -> Payment
Click Update Billing.
Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your new credit card, payment, or billing details.
Save and confirm the changes.
This will allow account Admin to handle all subscription and billing updates in the same place where you manage devices and signage.

Follow these steps:
Log in to your XOGO Admin account at: https://admin.xogo.io
In the left-hand navigation menu, go to: Account → Billing
Click Update Billing.
Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your new credit card, payment, or billing details.
Save and confirm the changes.
Your new payment method will be applied immediately for future billing cycles.
