How It Works

Step 1: Start a Chat

Click the chat icon in the bottom right corner of your screen. Our AI Assistant Jake will greet you and is ready to help.

Step 2: Ask Your Question

Select 'Ask your question' to type in your query or select the issue type listed in the conversation. Our AI Assistant has been trained on our most common questions and can provide instant answers about:

  • Account setup and settings

  • Feature explanations

  • Troubleshooting common issues

  • General how-to questions

Step 3: Need More Help?

If the AI Assistant's response doesn't fully solve your problem or you need personalized assistance, simply type:

"I need to speak with a human agent"

This will connect you with our support team, by creating a ticket and team can provide specialized assistance.
