When running Windows Vista, 7, 8, 10 or later, an Administrator login may not have sufficient rights to update the configuration files stored in the root of the Windows Directory.

Resolution

  • You will need to exit CSRDS and right click the shortcut and select “Run As Administrator’. This will allow the user to update the C:\Windows\CSRDSxxxxxx.ini files. Once updated, you can exit CSRDS and restart as normal.
