CSRDS will post information to TuneIn based on the login information in the right side Tunein ID, Username and Password in the HD/IP Output Tab. When posted, the event log will show a Posted to TuneIn event. If the event has errors:

Resolution

  • Verify the Tunein ID is entered and does not contain the “s”. Tunein ID’s are s####### and the ID in CSRDS should just be the ###### without the s. 
  • Verify the username and password are correct. These are very long and contain a mix of upper and lowercase characters with some special characters. If possible, cut and paste the information from the Tunin email. 
  • Verify the post is not being blocked by a firewall, anti-virus or group policy. They may need to contact Corporate IT to open the link to tunein.com.
