• Windows Vista, 7,8, 10 and later may create a virtual windows directory for the in theC:\ User\username directory for that user. Depending on registration settings, this may be one of several subdirectories in the C:\Users\username\ AppData directory. Once the configuration file is written in the Users Directory Windows will return the information from this file to CSRDS and not the one in the C:\Windows\ directory that was updated as an Administrator.¬†

Use the Window Explorer Search to search the c:\Users\username\ directory for CSRDS*.ini. If files are found, verify the version and if these are the correct configurations, move them to the C:\Windows\ directory and delete them from the users directory.
