Dashboard Overview
Your Dashboard is your central hub for accessing key resources, support options, and real-time stats for your account.
Log into your admin account, and you’ll find the Dashboard at the very top of the left-hand navigation column:
Getting Started Resources
At the top of the Dashboard, you’ll see the Getting Started Resources section.
This is where you can:
Watch tutorial videos
Create your first course
Connect with our amazing community of course creators
Pro tip: Once you’re done with this section, you can click “Hide” to keep your Dashboard clean and streamlined.
Support Resources
Next, you’ll see a section for Support.
From here, you can:
Get instant answers from our AI chatbot, trained in all things Xperiencify
Access links and the schedule for our live Open Office Hours
Send a message to the support team if you need more help
Stats
At the bottom of the Dashboard, you’ll find your Stats — a powerful way to track progress and activity inside your courses.
When you first open this section, you’ll see placeholder boxes.
To start pulling real data from your account, click “New Stats Box”:
Creating a Stats Box
Select the metric you want to track — like Revenue, Course Registrations, XP’s Earned, XXP’s Earned, Course Completion Rate, Has Tag(s), or Doesn’t Have Tag(s)
Choose the course(s) you want to include, and set your desired time frame
Give your box a title, and optionally select a background color:
Click Save to view your stats:
You can also use the menu in the upper right-hand corner of each stats box to:
Edit
Delete
Refresh
Reorganize your dashboard layout
