Getting Started: Setting Up Your Xperiencify Course Creator Account

Welcome to Xperiencify! 🎉 We’re so glad you’re here. Our mission is to help you gamify your courses, create unforgettable learning experiences, and make a bigger impact with your work.

Your first step is to create your Xperiencify Course Creator Account (or "coach account").

1. Student Account

A student account is what you use to take a course that’s hosted on XP. For example, maybe you joined the Experience Product Masterclass from our sister company Live Your Message. That student login gives you access to the course you purchased.

2. Course Creator Account (aka “Coach Account”)

This is the account where you actually build, publish, and sell your own courses on Xperiencify. This is your command center as a creator.

📌 Even if you already have a student account, you’ll still need to set up a course creator account to start building.

Sometimes you might buy a special offer (like a discounted first year of XP) that includes a course creator account. Awesome! But here’s the key:

When you purchase an Xperiencify account, it also comes with access to Go Plus, your powerful, all-in-one business building platform! 🎉

Go Plus is included with XP, but it has its own setup process and support team. For questions or help getting started, reach out directly to the Go Plus team at support@usegoplus.com

Just send us the email address(es) you may have used to sign up, and we’ll check to see whether you have an existing course creator account already.

💡 Q: I tried logging into my student account, but I don’t see the admin dashboard.

A: That’s because student accounts and course creator accounts are separate.

You’ll need to set up a course creator account to start building your own courses.

💡 Q: I paid for an XP offer, but I don’t see my account yet.

A: You’ll still need to sign up for a free trial account first. Once you’ve done that, we’ll activate your offer on the backend.

💡 Q: I’m not sure what kind of account I have.

A: No worries — just reach out to the support team, give us your email address to check, and we’ll confirm it for you.
