If you're looking to add a chat widget, so that your students can easily send your team a message while they're in your course, you can do that using a third party tool.
Here are some examples of tools you might use for a chat widget:

Intercom
Tidio
Crisp
LiveChat
Freshchat
Tawk.to
The tool you choose will provide you with a small snippet of code to copy. You'll then paste that code into your course settings in Xperiencify — here's how:
Edit the course into which you want to add your script
Scroll all the way down to Course Settings, and click to open it
Open up Enable HTML/JS code
Turn on the Enable Custom Code toggle
Paste your code into the box, and you're done!
