At Xpert Funding, maintaining platform integrity and account security is a top priority. To ensure that every trading account is accessed only by its rightful owner, we actively monitor IP region consistency the general location from which traders log in and operate their accounts.
This rule is not meant to restrict trading freedom, but to protect accounts from unauthorized access, account sharing, and fraudulent behavior.
Trading While Traveling
You are free to trade from anywhere in the world.
However, if our system detects a sudden or unrealistic change in your IP region, our Risk & Compliance Team may reach out to verify your location.
If this happens, you’ll receive an email verification request, where we may ask you to provide one of the following:
plane ticket or boarding pass confirming your travel details
A passport stamp showing your arrival in a new region
A short live video verifying your presence in the new location
💡 Example: If you typically trade from the US and suddenly log in from Dubai within a few hours, our system may flag this for verification to ensure the account hasn’t been compromised.
This verification process helps us maintain the security and legitimacy of all accounts while allowing traders to travel freely.
Using a VPS or VPN
You may use a VPS (Virtual Private Server) or VPN (Virtual Private Network) during both the Evaluation and Funded (Simulated) phases provided the service belongs to you and remains consistent.
If we detect major IP region changes linked to your VPS or VPN, we may request confirmation such as:
A proof of ownership or invoice in your name
A static IP configuration that can be safely whitelisted in our system
Avoid using shared or rotating IP VPNs, as these can trigger automatic security flags and temporarily restrict access to your dashboard.
Using Multiple Devices or ISPs
It’s perfectly acceptable to use multiple devices such as a laptop, desktop, or phone as long as they are all used within the same region. If you trade using different internet providers (ISPs) or devices across cities, the system may prompt verification if a regional change is detected.
This ensures that your account is always protected, even if you switch between home Wi-Fi, mobile data, or an office connection.
