To help ensure accounts remain active and in good standing, we have an inactivity policy in place.
30-Day Inactivity Rule
If no trades are placed on your account for 30 consecutive days, your account will be automatically marked as breached due to inactivity.
A trade must be executed within this 30-day period to keep your account active.
15-Day Inactivity Warning
To help you avoid an inactivity breach, we will send you a warning email after 15 consecutive days of no trading activity.
This reminder gives you ample time to place a qualifying trade before reaching the 30-day inactivity limit.
How to Keep Your Account Active
Maintaining an active account is simple:
Place at least one trade every 30 days.
Monitor your email for inactivity reminders.
Don't ignore the 15-day warning email, as your account will still be breached if no trades are placed by day 30.
Important Notes
The inactivity period is based on consecutive calendar days without any trades.
The 15-day email is a courtesy reminder and does not extend or reset the 30-day inactivity period.
Once an account is breached due to inactivity, it will be handled according to the platform's account policies.
We encourage all traders to stay engaged with their accounts and ensure at least one trade is placed every 30 days to avoid an inactivity breach.
