If a YouTube link does not work, it can be due to several things.
1. Something is missing, or too much of the link itself has been inserted. A typical link looks like this
But there may be extra information in the link, for example https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U1LcUAbZMIU&t=28s
This is a time code and you must remove this extra information. In other words, XpressU will either have https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U1LcUAbZMIU
or simply
U1LcUAbZMIU
2. The video may have been removed by the owner, or has been set to unavailable.
Try the video directly on YouTube.
3. If you have downloaded the XpressU Presentation, YouTube will not play, as XpressU is not allowed to download YouTube videos due to copyright reasons.
