Steps to deposit USD in XREX:
Login to XREX and click on Deposit. You can also opt to click on Wallet and select Deposit.
Select USD.
Select your preferred deposit bank account.
Click Add new bank account and fill in your bank account details if you haven’t added your preferred bank account yet. Please note that XREX only accepts bank accounts held in your name. To learn more, please visit:
Click on your preferred deposit method. We currently offer:
Customers Bank. A U.S. financial institution specializing in providing a series of financial and loan services for small and medium-sized businesses, professionals, individuals, and families. Processing time is approximately 1 to 3 business days.
Enter your preferred deposit amount and click Confirm.
Go through the deposit instructions and click Next to find our USD deposit bank account details. Please transfer your preferred USD deposit amount to the bank account provided.
Congratulations! You've successfully applied for a USD deposit to XREX. USD deposits are normally credited within 1-3 business days, depending on the bank remittance processing time and our internal security procedures; you will be notified once the funds have been credited to your wallet.
Important notes
The reference ID provided by XREX should be indicated as a remark on the bank's remittance application form when depositing funds. Failure of indication will result in a failed deposit and additional fees may be charged by the intermediary bank.
XREX only accepts deposits from bank accounts held in your name and the account name must match your XREX identity verification. Any deposits made through third-party accounts will be canceled. Please note that a processing fee will be deducted from your refund and additional fees may be charged by the intermediary bank.
The minimum deposit amount is 50 USD and the deposit fee is 0.05% of the deposit amount received (minimum 8 USD, maximum 300 USD). The actual amount deposited to your account may differ due to the additional fees charged by intermediary banks.
Additional charges may incur for incorrect information hence, please ensure that all deposit information is correct.
Reminder on fiat currency limits
Due to compliance considerations, spot trading orders and exchange transactions for other types of fiat currencies will be temporarily suspended for 24 hours when you use a specific fiat currency to place a spot trading order or complete an exchange transaction as shown in the figure below:
For example:
If you place an order to buy BTC with USD on 3 August 2023 at 3:30 pm, you will not be able to use USD for trading or conversion until 4 August 2023 at 3:30 pm regardless of the order status.
Even though USD/TWD trading or conversion is restricted, Fiat deposits and withdrawals are not subject to this restriction. Meaning that you can still perform Fiat deposits and withdrawals in USD/TWD during the period when your trading or conversion is restricted.
