To withdraw fiat from XREX Pay, please make sure that you’ve completed the identity verification and enabled your two-factor authentication (2FA).
Steps to withdraw United States dollar (USD)
Log in to XREX Pay and go to Pay & Transfer.
Select USD.
Choose Bank transfer.
Select your preferred withdrawal bank account.

Enter your preferred withdrawal amount and click Confirm.
XREX Pay will review the withdrawal request within 24 hours after receiving them. USD withdrawals are normally credited within 2-5 business days, depending on the bank remittance processing time which approximately may take 1 to 3 business days. Any withdrawals made during the holiday will be postponed.

Important notes

What are the deposit and withdrawal limits for XREX Pay accounts?Withdrawal requests cannot be canceled once the request has been made. XREX Pay will directly deduct a handling fee of 50 USD for any withdrawal transactions rejected by your beneficiary bank.
You can view the status of each withdrawal request by going to History and clicking on Withdrawal.
Processing: XREX Pay is currently reviewing the withdrawal request.
Rejected: Withdrawal request is rejected by XREX Pay.
Completed: The withdrawal request has been approved and XREX Pay has notified your preferred withdrawal payment channel to process the withdrawal. Please note that this status does not mean that the withdrawal amount has been successfully credited to your bank account. A situation where your beneficiary bank rejected and refunded the amount to XREX Pay might also occur. In this case, XREX’s dedicated customer support representative will contact you for further follow-up.
